Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to the mallow: Photocard Maker app and this website, mallow.pics, made by mallow (“we”). By using mallow you agree to them. If something is unclear, write to us at contact@mallow.pics.

Using mallow

You can use the free features without an account: blank formats, the editor, filters, printing, PDF export and the free sticker kit.

An account is needed only for features tied to you: mallow+, AI credits and cloud backup. Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

Your photos and cards

Your photos and cards are yours. They are stored on your device and, with mallow+, in your own iCloud. We don’t keep them on our servers.

When you use AI editing or photo restoration, you let us send that photo to be processed and return the result to you. We don’t keep it afterwards.

Personal use and other people’s images

mallow is for personal use. Use your own photos or photos you have permission to use.

Don’t sell photocards made with images of other people, artists or brands unless you hold the rights. You are responsible for the photos and text you put on your cards.

Stickers and app content

Sticker kits, artwork and other content in mallow are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use in your cards and prints. You may not extract, resell or redistribute the artwork itself.

mallow+ and purchases

mallow+ subscriptions, sticker kits and credit packs are sold through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy.

mallow+ renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If you cancel, you keep mallow+ until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sticker kits bought on their own belong to the Apple Account that bought them and are not shared through Family Sharing.

AI credits

AI editing and photo restoration use credits. The monthly credits included with mallow+ expire at the end of each billing period. Credits from extra packs don’t expire, but you can only use them while mallow+ is active.

Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred. If a request fails or is blocked, its credits are returned.

Using AI responsibly

Don’t use mallow to create sexual images, anything that sexualizes minors, images that mislead people about what a real person said or did, harassment, or anything illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Writing your own AI prompts is available only to adults. We may block requests that break these rules and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for mallow or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. If mallow doesn’t work as described, you can tell Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

You also agree to the App Store terms, and you confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and are not on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes and availability

We keep improving mallow, so features may change. We do our best to keep it working, but we provide it as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Ending

You can stop using mallow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is important, we’ll also let you know in the app.
