Sleeves and toploaders
A 55 × 85 mm photocard slides into standard card sleeves (around 60 × 90 mm) and then into a 35pt toploader (3 × 4 in). Round the corners with a 3–4 mm corner punch for the official look.

At 300 ppi, the print resolution mallow uses, a photocard is 650 × 1004 px and a square card is 756 × 756 px. Use a photo at least that size so it doesn’t look blurry.

What size is a photocard?
A standard photocard is 55 × 85 mm (2.17 × 3.35 in). mallow also has instax mini (54 × 86 mm) and square (64 × 64 mm) sizes.
How many photocards fit on one sheet?
With 2 mm of bleed and crop marks, 9 photocards fit on an A4 sheet and 8 on US Letter. Square cards fit 6 per sheet.
Why does my printed photocard come out smaller?
Almost always because of scaling: the print dialog is set to “fit to page” or “borderless”. Print at 100 %, and if it is still off, print mallow’s test ruler and correct your printer’s scale once.
